Music By The Minute DJ Services

Matt has been in the mobile DJ circuit since 2008. His love for music came from his parents at a young age. After graduating high school in 2005 he moved to East Dorset, Vermont and worked at his grandparents hotel. It was there where met Brooks Brown, owner of the alternative radio station in Manchester Vermont - 102.7 WEQX.

 

Brooks DJ'd the hotel's annual New Years Eve party and  Matt took interest in his set up. Brooks showed Matt the basics of DJing and it was not long before Matt had a dual CD player, amplifier and two passive speakers he later found in the hotel attic. Matt started practicing at home and soon began providing entertainment at his family events. His new hobby quickly transitioned into a business.

 

As an owner and operator of a mobile DJ service, I provide a complete digital sound system and lighting which is constantly updated and maintained to ensure continuous quality operation at all my events. My extensive music library is constantly growing, and currently includes thousands of titles from oldies, to the latest Top 40 hits, mainstream dance music, underground club hits, and timeless party novelty songs.

 

Unlike the big DJ companies who advertise in the yellow pages, bride magazines, or bridal shows, most of my business comes from word of mouth, social media, and from people around the upper valley area who have seen me perform at an event. I believe QUALITY trumps QUANTITY every time!
